90 day challenge
A 90 day challenge has been thrown down by Aaron at Today is that day that I have accepted. I’ve been feeling a bit stale and waiting for the staleness to pass, so when I saw this challenge I knew this was what I needed.Â

No, I mean REALLY committed - as in “Failure is Not an Option” type of committed. If you are, then you should be nodding enthusiastically at this point, ecstatic that your dreams are already a reality, and that the short amount of time between now and you meeting those dreams is nothing more than a logistical issue.
You should know in your heart of hearts that you attaining your dreams in a very short amount of time is only a matter of working through some minor details…....
…..I challenge you - dear reader - whether you are reading this post on June 6, 2007, its original posting date, or if you are reading it on June 6, 2207, to ask yourself if you truly have what it takes to make a commitment to attaining a challenging goal over the next 90 days.
I’m not talking about some mamby pamby crap like losing 10 pounds, getting another 100 readers for your blog, or cleaning out your garage. No, I am talking about hardcore, scary, going to take everything you have to make it happen kind of goals…..
So I have my scary goals and trust me, I’m scared! I have butterflies, my throat chakra is blocked, my solar plexus chakra is knotted so I know I have the right goals. I also know because I hesitated to step up to the challenge and then to submit my acceptance to the challenge. However, once I has decided I had a nice bit of (completely unexpected) synchronicity that confirms I am doing the right thing.
This is truly terrifying for me as I am making it public knowledge so am accountable to people other than myself, I am hoping this will push me further to achieve my goals. So, what are my 90 day challenge goals, I hear you ask:
To lose 35lbs
This is actually half of what I wish to lose, but a challenge to do in 90 days still.
To run a 10k race
I have restarted running twice a week for a month now.
To achieve financial freedom
Wooooh this is the big one! This is what I truly want, the effect this will have on my life is profound. I will have all my time to do what I wish with as I currently work part-time for financial reasons. Financial freedom means to me making decisions not based on money. If I want to go out for dinner, shop, go on holiday etc I decide based on whether I want to or not, nothing else.Â
Anyone else who wants to join in on this challenge, swing on over to Today is that day’s 90 day challenge post.
Wish me luck
Love, light and abundance x x x
