Who Wants To Live in Easy World?
Don’t you just love the universe? It never disappoints you and even when you think it has, it’s just an illusion! I’m having a few problems with focussing on my desires lately and my mind keeps focussing (intensely) on what I don’t want or like. Bearing in mind what I focus on expands, it’s not a good look. The other day the universe sent me inspiration for my we’re human, it’s official post, which was helpful to deal with my restless mind but what about staying present?Â
Well, I must say a massive thank you to the universe for what I was sent today. I have been introduced to Julia Rogers Hamrick’s Easy World c/o Raymond Salas at Zen Chilli Power Tools. You’ve got to check this out, Julia has taken the concept of staying present to such a basic level that anyone can do it.Â
Since starting Eckhart Tolle’s “The Power of Now”, I have been more un-present than I have been for a long time. I’ve put it down to resistance and am rolling with it as this always happens to me, it’s the stubborn Capricorn in me! I know I’ll be back on track soon, better than ever in fact, as I’ve been here so many times so I just play along, kinda like an interactive mind game I suppose.Â
This discovery of Easy World resonated with me so deeply, it cut through the fog in my head, brought a smile to my currently indifferent facial expressions and made me log in immediately to write a post. I think it even made the rain stop - too much? OK, maybe it didn’t stop the rain, maybe global warming is what makes it rain heavily for 10 mins followed by proper sunshine in England nowadays - anyway I digress.
Easy World is ace and only there aren’t many rules to follow, in fact there is only one law:
“There’s only one law in Easy World: Worry, strife and struggle are prohibited.
The punishment for violating the law is immediate—and I do mean immediate: Ejection from Easy World. This law is self-enforced—only you can eject yourself. No one else has that power. Happily, you also get to decide the length of your own sentence. Re-entry to Easy World is automatic when you let go of worry, strife, and struggle, and simply allow things to be easy, the way they were designed to be.
Easy World is a parallel reality that is always instantly accessible, no matter how long you’ve been away from it. As an aid to returning to Easy World when you find you’ve evicted yourself, take a deep breath, release it, along with any tension you’ve been holding, and say, “I live in Easy World, where everything is easy.”
What a breathe of fresh air - I’m in love with it’s simplicity and it’s childish appeal, it’s like living in on a cloud in Care Bear land. I urge you all to check out the Easy World website, give it a whirl and let us know how you get on. I’m off to Easy World now.

Julia Rogers Hamrick:
Lola!
How happy I am to know that Easy World has been helpful to you!
I’m also thrilled to see how Easy World continues to promote itself by inspiring bloggers to share it. I posted about this to the Easy World Forum (http://powerfulintentions.com/forum/easyworld and to my own blog (www.juliarogershamrick.com/weblog) yesterday.
Thank you for playing your part in disseminating the Easy World message–I truly can’t think of a more efficient way to invite everyone into the joy that is their birthright than to tell them about the parallel reality where everything is easy!
Love, Joy, Ease,
Julia

It is my pleasure to share the Easy World message. I am using it regularly and I am feeling the benefits which I’m sure will only increase.
It’s a special tool and I have found nothing so profound yet simple thus far, it complements absolutely everything and has a child-like charm. I’m literally floating on a cloud!
Stay blessed

Go with the flow:
[...] We’re inclined to look forward or back and are rarely in the moment. Looking back can lead to feelings of bitterness, resentment and guilt; looking forward can lead to anxiety, stress and worry. Peace of mind comes from being present. If you don’t know how to be present the best method I’ve found so far is Easy World.
