I’m a big believer that there are no accidents or coincidences in life and all is as it should be, so please know that you have found yourself here for a reason.
The intention behind this site is to provide nourishment for your spiritual awakening. So whether you are about to embark on or have started a journey of personal transformation, this site’s for you.
I’m a Personal and Business Success Coach and through my company, Urban Spirit Holistic Harmony, I work with spiritually minded people to create successful lives and businesses fully aligned with their higher purpose. I call this TRUE SUCCESS!
I am 150% passionate about spiritual development, personal transformation and living from the soul. I believe this is the foundation that underpins success in every area of your life, money, health, relationships, family – everything, the whole shebang.
My own journey of conscious awakening started back in Christmas 2004 with the admission of my Dad to hospital with prostate cancer and on the brink of kidney failure. This absolutely shook me to my core and led to see that my so-called successful life actually felt very empty, shallow and meaningless. (My Dad has since fully recovered and although traumatic at the time, my immediate family has been transformed for the better in countless ways!)
I knew there had to be ‘more’ but didn’t know anyone experiencing this ‘more’, just a strong feeling that ‘more’ existed whatever it was. I embarked on what I now know was a journey to reconnect back to my soul and began to learn Reiki, eventually to Master level.  Reiki opened my eyes to all that I suspected but couldn’t verbalise; I was on my way home.
Through learning Reiki and my own passion for personal and spiritual development I began training as a Personal and Business Success Coach. Throw in a sprinkle of angel work and now I’m home!
The inspiration for this blog comes from the early part of my journey of reconnecting to my soul. Though determined on this path, at times I felt so alone as I had no-one fully sharing this journey with me. I knew very little about moving outside my comfort zone, ascension symptoms, energy shifting and clearing so at times thought I may even be losing my mind. Those early days were tough for me but going back was never an option. This site is here as a support to awakening souls.
Eventually as I grew and rose in vibration I started attracting like minds to me who I could share my experiences with and in return hear about theirs, the difference this made to my development was phenomenal and I was propelled forward in my journey from there. Never underestimate the power of working with others on your journey, it’s something you cannot imagine the power and effect of until you do it.
I blog to share my experiences, learnings and realisations from this path whilst hearing about others’ all in the name of supporting each other’s growth. My life’s purpose is to “inspire to aspire” and through this site I intend to reach out and provide a resource for spiritually minded people to stop and take nourishment to support and nurture their journey of spiritually awakening.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful story and journey. I, too, started my journey with Reiki (I just woke up one morning and thought I have to learn Reiki - I knew nothing about it and had never had a Reiki Session). That was the start of something transformative. Any way we can share our learnings, our challenges, our successes and our edges adds to a new kind of energy and consciousness for the 21st century. LoL, I thought I was reading a posting that I wrote, LoL. Aside from dad of course, by the way, I’m glad he’s doing better. Your website has been a jewel for me this am….nah for the rest of my living days in this third dimensional bubble
I get thee most intense vibrations that resonate deeply in me more than ever before. I am beyond excited to have the opportunity to browse through your website today and in the future for reading many of your post I get………confirmation into what it is I’ve been experiencing and even the dramatic changes taking effect now. I seem to be REcycling a new batch of friends as many of the ones I knew this time last year and part of this year have indeed sloooooowly left my life. It’s sad cause I love them dearly but I also know that we have learned what we were meant to learn and it’s time to move on, move forward. Thankfully, I’ve always been a happy loner but…..at times, I do wish I had more than one person in my life who could share in these special times with me. So “stumbling” upon bloggers such as yourself help to allow me to feel that there are millions more of like consciousness mind such as myself and greater. Loved this info about you. It was most helpful for me.
