Holistic in my approach, I coach clients from the inside out involving mind, body and spirit, as achieving balance in all areas in vital for success. I use many tools with clients including universal laws, energy work, body work, Reiki and angels for permanent positive change.
Practical spirituality is evident throughout all of my work and I work from the premise that there is a natural flow to life where all our needs for fulfilment are met. We unintentionally create blocks to this flow with our limiting beliefs and feelings of fear, guilt, anger, lack, envy, resentment, blame and various other heavy emotions.
These heavy feelings are early indicators of areas to work on, however if ignored, over time they can manifest as physical illness, lack of money, unhappy careers, inadequate relationships and a range of other unfulfilling situations.
The foundation of my work is to identify and clear these blocks so clients can enjoy thriving and wildly successful lives and businesses that are in the flow and fully aligned with their purpose.
